Strength & Stem publishes a toolkit for the UK floristry industry

Strength & Stem is delighted to announce the publication of its toolkit to help the UK floristry industry (from florists to flower farmers, and everything in-between) consider and identify ways to support modern slavery survivors through their work.

The document entitled “Fighting Slavery with Floristry: a Toolkit for Florists”, aims to raise awareness of the issue of modern slavery and provide tools to support modern slavery survivors in employment. We explain why flowers and the floristry industry are a helpful and powerful context in which to help modern slavery survivors heal and move forward.

If you are a florist, flower grower, wholesaler, freelancer, or have any interest in the floristry sector, we hope that the toolkit will help you to consider ways to harness the beauty of flowers to fight modern slavery.
